Transparency means being clear about what is available and what is not. The association’s official name, entity number, purpose and contact details are published on this website. Supporting institutional documents have not yet been provided for online publication.
We do not publish invented annual reports, audit opinions, programme results or executive biographies. Please contact the office to enquire about existing records and their availability.
Public document availability
The following records are not currently published on this website. Availability must be confirmed with the association office:
- Registration certificate and supporting entity records (entity number 50194).
- Organisational bylaws and formally adopted code of conduct.
- Current Executive Council appointments and governance records.
- Annual activity reports and financial statements.
- Independent audit reports, where applicable.
- Programme schedules, participation information and member resources.
Compliance approach
Our stated purpose includes supporting responsible lending standards and professional conduct in Lesotho. Regulatory compliance remains a responsibility of each relevant organisation and credit provider under the rules applicable to their activities.
Information here is general education. It is not a legal opinion, an endorsement of a lender, or a claim that the association has been approved by a regulator, Google for Nonprofits or any other third party. External eligibility depends on independent review of genuine supporting records.
Privacy and responsible enquiries
Send only the information needed for a general enquiry. Do not include identity numbers, passwords, bank account details or confidential loan documentation in the contact form.
The contact form prepares a message in your own email application; it does not upload your enquiry to a website database. Your email provider handles transmission when you choose to send. Contact the association directly for arrangements involving sensitive documentation.
